Candles

What are your candles made of?
Our candles are handcrafted using premium, clean-burning wax blended with high-quality fragrance oils and essential oils. Each candle is poured with intention to create a luxurious, spa-inspired atmosphere.

How long do your candles burn?
Burn times vary by size. Please refer to the individual product listing for specific burn time estimates.

How do I get the best burn from my candle?
Trim your wick to ¼ inch before each burn. Allow the wax to melt to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunneling. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Incense

What types of incense do you offer?
We offer a curated selection of incense crafted to complement your ritual and relaxation practices. Our incense is available in stick and cone forms, with scents inspired by nature and intention.

How do I use incense safely?
Always burn incense in a well-ventilated area on a heat-safe holder. Never leave burning incense unattended, and keep away from flammable materials, children, and pets.

How long does incense burn?
Burn times vary by type and size. Stick incense typically burns 20–45 minutes; cones burn 20–35 minutes. Specific times are listed on each product page.

Can I use your backflow incense cones in any burner?
Backflow cones are designed specifically for backflow burners, which have a hollow channel that allows the smoke to cascade downward. They will not work the same way in a standard incense holder.

Wax Melts

What are wax melts and how do I use them?
Wax melts are wickless, scented wax pieces designed to be warmed in an electric or tea-light wax warmer. Simply place one or two cubes in the dish of your warmer and enjoy the fragrance as the wax gently melts.

How long does the scent last?
Scent throw varies by fragrance and warmer type. On average, each cube provides 10-15 hours of fragrance. Once the scent fades, simply replace with a fresh melt.

Are your wax melts safe?
Yes. Our wax melts are made with premium wax and skin-safe fragrance oils. They produce no flame or soot, making them a great option for flameless fragrance in any space.

Can I mix wax melt scents?
Absolutely! Mixing complementary scents is a great way to create your own signature fragrance blend. Start with small amounts to find your perfect combination.

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make modifications.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
