Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During product launches, holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and carrier delays that may be outside of our control.
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. YemayaGrace Creations is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. YemayaGrace Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at connect@yemayagracecreations.com with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box. We will review the issue and work with you to find a resolution.
During warmer months, packages may be exposed to high temperatures during transit. We recommend retrieving your package promptly after delivery to help prevent heat-related damage.
